CRFR provides strong health coverage for employees and families:
- 100% employee premium coverage
- 75% dependent premium coverage
- $2,025 monthly total benefit value
- Employees who choose coverage less than the family plan will receive the unused benefit amount as an employer contribution to their 457 Deferred Compensation plan, ensuring every employee receives the same total benefit value.
